Event Producer & Net Proceeds
This event is a fundraiser for Drive Foundation (CRA Charity #: 861280428 RR 0001). Net proceeds from ticket and vendor sales support Drive Foundation’s mental health and wellness programs.
Loveless Media Corp. is producing the event under contract with Drive Foundation and is managing logistics, vendor coordination, sponsorships, ticketing, and participant engagement. Sponsorships are designed to help cover event costs, maximizing the net proceeds donated to the charity. Sponsors are invoiced by Loveless Media as a business expense and may receive promotional value in return.
Donations to Drive Foundation are separate and made directly to the charity, with a tax receipt issued for any charitable contribution. No goods, services, or promotional value are received in exchange for donations.
