driveMEDIA Health & Wellness Expo and Mental Health Symposium
We are seeking vendors who offer non-toxic products and services that promote general health to foster mental health wellness. This includes natural health, clean beauty, organic/natural food, fitness, mental well-being, and holistic care. Vendors aligned with our mission to support healthier, more conscious lifestyles are encouraged to apply.
Event Producer & Net Proceeds
This event is a fundraiser for Drive Foundation (CRA Charity #: 861280428 RR 0001). Net proceeds from sponsorships, ticket sales, and vendor fees are donated to Drive Foundation to support its mental health programs and essential administrative costs, which are kept as low as possible.
Loveless Media Corp. is producing the event under contract with Drive Foundation and is managing logistics, vendor coordination, sponsorships, ticketing, and participant engagement. Sponsorships are designed to help cover event costs, maximizing the net proceeds donated to the charity. Loveless Media issues invoices to sponsors on a fee-for-value basis. Sponsors may receive material and promotional benefits in return and typically claim the expense as a business marketing cost.
Donations to Drive Foundation are managed separately and made directly to the charity, with a tax receipt issued for any charitable contribution. No goods, services, or promotional value are received in exchange for donations.
